autoimmune flare up

I've fighting off two bugs, and that's enough to cause my autoimmune disease to flare up.

The only "treatment" per se is to just be vigilant and take the best care of myself I can manage. (To be honest, the best care of myself I can manage isn't great, but I'm working on this...)

Anyway, that's a fun complication in life. And I really am happy that I was able to recognize my symptoms right away. Hopefully the duration won't be too long.
